Rally Point Foundation is a veteran-led nonprofit and a community-based partner to the VA. We exist for the stretch the system struggles to reach — the months after service, when the formation is gone and the paperwork begins.
The hardest part of service is rarely the part people imagine. It's the coming home — the quiet that replaces the structure, the doors you don't know how to open, the proof of who you were that suddenly nobody can confirm.
We started where the need was loudest and the help was thinnest: connecting veterans to peer support, to the benefits they earned, to a ride when a missed appointment wasn't about the appointment, and to a human being at the moments that matter most. We work alongside the VA, not in place of it — closing the distance between a veteran and the care that already exists.
Our ambition is to reach every veteran who needs us, and our standard is personal. Whether you served thirty years ago or you're taking the uniform off this month, the promise is the same: you won't have to do the next part alone.

No enrollment, no waitlist, no proving you deserve it. If you served, the door is open.

Confidential by default. We never sell information, and we earn the right to be called again.
